Any verse in which Hamuko is related to the Male Protagonist, either as an older sister or as his twin -- Hamuko's CANON verse. Otherwise compliant to the canon of P3P.
An orphan whose parents died in a horrible crash ten years prior to the start of Persona 3, you and your brother have spent most of your childhoods transferring from school to school, never staying in one place for more than a year or so. For your junior year, you two are accepted to the prestigious Gekkoukan High School in Iwatodai thanks to the merits of your good grades, and thus you both return to the city in which your parents met their mysterious end.
Sweet, charming, upbeat, bubbly, and the poster child for a perfect student, you are extremely well liked by your new schoolmates at Gekkoukan, winning you many admirers. Your brother, more quiet and reserved, still finds himself in nearly as many clubs as you have -- and yet, the two of you are almost never seen without the other. Of course, this says nothing of your after school activities...
After all, not many of your schoolmates would believe that you're the leader of a specialized group of students who fight within a hidden hour that only you can witness, all with the help of a gun that isn’t really a gun and beings who are the literal personifications of your psyches.
You and your dorm-mates, collectively known as SEES, have a goal. End the Dark Hour. Destroy the Shadows that plague humanity from within it. Your Personas are the best weapon you have -- you must use them.
MEMENTO MORI; REMEMBER YOU WILL DIE --- 'CANON'
The verse outlined in P3P, played completely straight with Hamuko as the sole protagonist. Entirely compliant to P3P canon --- available upon request.
A verse specifically for the events of Persona Q, in which Hamuko replaces Male Protagonist as the Persona 3 representative.
You aren't sure how you got here. You remember being inside the Velvet Room speaking with Theo, and then there was a spider and the sound of bells ringing in a chorus, and the rest of your team was there...
You only know that you and the rest of SEES have woken inside a school that isn't Gekkoukan, is full of creatures that aren't Shadows but also aren't human, and seems to be... in the middle of celebrating a culture festival?
MEMENTO VIVIERE; REMEMBER THAT YOU LIVE --- POST P3
An extension of the siblings verse.
The Dark Hour has been eradicated. Tartarus no longer appears, and all Shadow activity in Iwatodai has ceased.
But at great cost.
Your brother is dead.
You suppose you must carry on in his name, now.
A year later and you graduate from Gekkoukan High alongside Yukari, Junpei, and Fuuka, with near perfect marks. Though your senpai have already begun their adult lives and eventually you all go your separate ways, you still make time to see the former members of SEES when you can.
You begin your schooling to become a journalist; Mitsuru already has a place for you in her slowly forming 'Shadow Operatives,' and it is thanks to her that you manage to snag an internship before you've even finished your degree.
Undoubtedly, life is... different, without your brother. But you do your best to continue forward and live a life he'd be proud of.
Exactly as it sounds; Hamuko and Narukami have swapped plot roles in this verse, where he is the protagonist of P3, and she is the protagonist of P4.
You come to Inaba in early April 2011 after your family members in America pawn you off on a friend of your mother's – after losing your parents in a car crash when you were very small, you've since spent your childhood and teenage years travelling between Japan and the US, being passed along from family member to family member. You aren't particularly enthused about living in a small town, but you aren't about to deny the gratitude you feel for your 'uncle' after taking you in as he has.
Life here is sleepy. Pleasant, if a bit slow. You think you can get used to it.
Then the police find the dead bodies, dangling upside-down from TV antennas. You discover the power to physically travel to a world inside television screens, and that you can summon a mysterious being called a Persona.
Suddenly, this place doesn't seem quite so peaceful anymore...
An extension / AU of Postgame verse, shared with tragedis. Essentially a verse in which Hamuko takes on Ukyo's role in Memories.
You survived the Fall. You survived the death of your brother, and your voyage into the Abyss of Time. You even survived the inevitable ( understandable ) loss of your romantic ties with both Shinjiro and Akihiko. At great cost, you survived. You grew for it. And you carried on to the best of your capabilities, as you knew your last family member would have wanted you to.
You thought karma had finally come to pay you back for all the losses you'd faced when you later met Ukyo -- he was sweet, and charming, and so kind-hearted that you couldn't help but fall head over heels for him. Together, you were happy... for a time.
Until the accident which claimed his life a couple of months later.
In a fit of enraged grief, blinded by the agony of having ANOTHER person you'd loved torn from your arms, you turned your face to the stars and SCREAMED; they owed you a favor, and they knew it. In fact, you burned so brightly with the determination to see Ukyo returned to you that the stars decided to grant your wish...
But, as everything else in your life, it came at great cost. Your Persona was shattered in the process of accepting the powers of a literal god into your body, setting your Shadow free to do as it pleased -- which may not have been a problem had it been so simple as to just ensure the survival of your true love.
Instead, you have discovered that the universe is far less forgiving of those who attempt to fight its plans than you'd originally expected. The laws of a world do not change for pure determination; you and Ukyo cannot exist in the same world together. One of you must die in order for the other to survive, but until your wish has been granted, your soul cannot be released into the afterlife.
And thus, you have found yourself caught in a loop of life... Brief existences in worlds that are not yours, in which you must watch the man you loved more than life itself court the men you'd once been friends with... Only to end in painful deaths in Ukyo's name, fighting to repress the violent nature of your Shadow all the while. No forgiveness. No escape.
THEY SAY FIGHT FOR PEACE; DOES IT EXIST? --- FUTURE FOUNDATION
An extension of postgame verse; a crossover with the events of Dangan Ronpa.
Through quick thinking, gritty determination, and no small amount of hard battles, you managed to survive the despair apocalypse.
You were found among the ruins of Iwatodai, camped out in the remains of your old dorm, protecting Ken Amada and Koromaru from the Monobots with everything that you had. The scouts who found the three of you brought you back to a safe haven; a place where the last surviving members of humanity gathered to strike back against the despair wherever possible.
You've been trained as one of their agents. Your assignment? Take Monokuma and his Mastermind down a notch; free the high school students under their thumb, and disrupt them as often as you can.
And, perhaps... try to locate the rest of your teammates. You lost contact with them after the apocalypse -- you'll do anything to return them home safe.
RISE IN RESISTANCE; SING THE OATH OF REBELLION -- MASTERMIND
More info to be added.
A GIRL AND HER FLAREON --- POKEMON
set primarily in Johto, but can be moved upon request!
A Pokemon trainer with no family left alive to speak of, and only a small bungalow outside Cherrygrove City and the Flareon your father left you to your name, you've since taken to wandering through the routes of Johto and Kanto in the hopes of finding something... more. You're a pretty decent trainer, in all honesty -- you very rarely lose, but you pick so few battles that it doesn't particularly matter in the grand scheme of things.
In your travels, you seem to have found your niche in contests; you're apt at determining exactly what it takes to drive the crowd wild, and your Pokemon, despite not being bred for it, all adore you enough that their performances always come from the heart. The few contests you've participated in have given you something of a reputation in Johto, but alas, for you to rise to true fame, you'd have to travel to a bigger region like Hoenn or Kalos.
Is that truly what you want for yourself? You aren't sure.
An extension of the post-game verse, where Hamuko survived the events of P3 thanks to the sacrifice of her brother.
However, as with every other character trapped in the park, she is missing a year’s worth of her memory, and the last thing she clearly remembers is the trip to Kyoto in early November of 2009. She does not remember The Fall, the death of her brother, or know who Ryoji truly is.
One can differentiate Hamuko from her counterparts (named Minako,) by her longer hair, which does not have the XXII bobby pins in it.
An orphan whose parents died in a horrible crash ten years prior to the start of Persona 3, Hamuko spent most of her childhood transferring from school to school, never staying in one place for more than a year or so. For her junior year, she is accepted to the prestigious Gekkoukan High School in Iwatodai, and thus returns to the city in which her parents met their mysterious end.

Way of My, Way of My Life
call me Sera! she / her / hers, 21 years old, living in American Pacific Standard Time Zone (PST)
I’ve been RPing for roughly four years — long enough to know the ins and outs of RP. generally I’m a fairly open and approachable person, but I’m also a shy baby who is terrified of instigating interactions, so please don’t hesitate to come talk to me!!! I am a pile of mush in the form of a human being okay I love new people.
if I haven't posted in a while, chances are I'm over at my secondary RP blog -- Shin from Amnesia: Memories-- over here
But before you shoot me that message...
before anything else, please be aware that mun suffers from depression + social anxiety disorder. I am very much liable to leave drafts undone and messages on both tumblr IM and Skype unanswered for periods of time because I’ve grown too anxious to focus on writing or carrying a conversation – though I never mind talking OOC through IM, I’m generally more comfortable commenting on threads / asks in the tags. I also tend to turn Skype off and open my drafts / inbox in another tab when I sit down to actually work on them, so if you see me posting but I’m not answering messages, that’s probably why. please be patient with me, I will get to you eventually in my own time; I rarely forget that someone’s tried to talk to me, but spamming me with messages to try to get my attention is more likely to make me not answer than it is to bring me back to the conversation.
tl;dr: I like to talk so long as we're mutuals, but I’m also a shy anxious weenie.don’t be afraid to approach me if you have a question or want to plot, because I’ll usually talk back – just be aware that I’m not always capable of answering right away.
No spoilers please!:
Mun has played and beaten the following! Please, respect that I haven't yet gotten to any of the other Shin Megami Tensei games --- though I do plan on picking them up at some point
>Persona 2: Innocent Sin
>Persona 2: Eternal Punishment
>Persona 3 (Portable – FMC)
>Persona 4 (vanilla – NOT Golden)
>Persona 4 Arena + Ultimax
>Persona Q
General Rules!
> Multi-verse, multi-ship, and OC SELECTIVE. Open to crossover verses given that it’s discussed beforehand – I very rarely do casual crossovers with other characters unless I am certain of the verse it’s set in, so as to avoid confusion, but I never mind throwing Hamuko out of her Persona verses. Honestly, just hmu!!
> I do not RP through IM. At all. It’s one of those things that just doesn’t mesh well with my anxiety, for reasons I honestly don’t know how to explain – please, let the IM feature just be for OOC chatting / plotting and the like.
> I do have ONE trigger, but it’s very, very rare and unlikely to be touched upon in an RP setting, so honestly don’t worry about it when it comes to plotting or possible content on your blog. If it does happen to come up, I’ll let you know so it can be tagged in the future NBD.
>No god-modding / metagaming / ship forcing, guys, unless you enjoy being unfollowed. like seriously, it’s 2016. I shouldn’t even have to say this.
> I am selective with who I choose to RP with, which means that I generally only thread with mutuals ( someone whom I am following who also follows me back. ) Exceptions are given to non-mutual members of group verses that I participate in, as I can’t follow everyone on the masterlists, but priority will always be granted to mutuals. DO NOT ask me to RP with you if I am not following you or if you aren't a mutual group member -- I will ignore you without guilt.
> Opens / starter calls are for mutuals and group verse members only, unless otherwise stated. Non-mutuals who like starter calls and reply to opens WILL be ignored – I’m pretty lax about enforcing this policy since I’ve forgotten whether or not someone has been following me back on more than one occasion, and I know we’re all human, but if you are a repeat offender, I will block you.
> Ask memes are free game for mutuals and non-mutuals alike, but I ask that only mutuals and group verse members continue asks that I’ve answered in separate threads.
> Mun is well over age, and thus may or may not write mild NSFW ( mild gore, allusions to sexual content ) from time to time. That said, smut is not likely to happen in any setting other than crack, where it will only be implied / hinted at. Do not expect to enter a ship with me for the sole purpose of smut – you will be disappointed. Any sexual content will be after a fade to black sequence.
> As an aside to this! I headcanon Hamuko to be ASEXUAL -- she will never feel sexual attraction of any sort for another person, regardless of how close to them she is. While implied sexual content is still possible with her ( and I will mention it every now and again in regards to her relationship wtih Shinjiro, ) it's something that she has to be ridiculously comfortable with someone to consider. Short version: it's just not likely to happen, my dudes.
<
> I’M ALWAYS HERE FOR SHIPS – but I also ship CHEMISTRY. Generally I’ll accept ships if I feel like the two characters will work well together, and I rarely require much more than ‘hey these two would be p hecking cute if ___________.’ However, I reserve the right to say no, and will usually do so if you expect to go from 0 to full-fledged ship in the span of a couple of interactions ( with occasional exceptions granted to close friends or people who are willing to talk character dynamics with me privately. ) Build ships with me!!! Those are the ones meant to last!!
> Exclusivity is not something I practice unless asked, but I’m generally cool with ship exclusivity so long as it goes both ways ( meaning, I’ll only ship with your version of your muse so long as you only ship with my Hamuko. )
> Be patient with me— my muses are fickle, fickle things. If I respond to someone else but not to you, please understand that it is simply because I don’t want to grind out an answer—no one deserves a forced, unnatural reply. I am also a human being with responsibilities, and sometimes these pull me away from the computer. It can take me weeks to respond sometimes, so please, be patient. However, let it also be known that I do sometimes just completely miss replies, so if it’s been more than four days feel free to send me a message. Pestering me for a reply within the first 48 hours or so is very likely to ensure a dropped thread.
REGARDING FOLLOWING:
>I do not follow for follow. I will notice if you’ve followed me, and I’ll usually follow back within a couple of days if I’m interested in interacting with you. If it’s been more than a couple of weeks and I have not followed you back, chances are that I’m not going to at all.
> Again, exceptions are granted for group verse members, as it usually takes me a little while to grow used to seeing characters from fandoms I don’t recognize in the verse tags; I’d like to get a general grasp on what your muse is like before I commit to following.
>I do not immediately block personals, but I do block anything that looks even remotely like a porn or spambot, and I will block personals that reblog my threads or asks.
>I don’t mind minors following me, but if my age makes you, as a minor, uncomfortable, TELL ME. All it takes is a message to my inbox and I will drop the follow no questions asked.
REGARDING UNFOLLOWING:
>I reserve the right to unfollow at any time, and so do you!! If you’re not feeling my presence on your dash for whatever reason, then please, feel free – our dashes are meant to be what we want to see, and I’m not going to infringe upon your right to create that space for yourself just for an arbitrary number.
>Trim your posts, tag your NSFW. If I see a plethora of untrimmed, untagged, or otherwise irrelevant posts on my dash, I will unfollow you. I see it as nothing more than dash-clutter, and I hate it – this is non-negotiable.
> Copious amounts of drama / general asshole behavior is also likely to get you unfollowed, because frankly, I’m not here for it. I understand having problems with a fandom at large, and I definitely understand wanting others to know of toxic blogs, but I'm not here for people who pick fights and air their dirty laundry out over my dash. I try to be tolerant of this – even I have my limits.
> OOC homo / trans / xenophobia + racism / sexism will get you blocked, no questions asked. Again, I'm not here for that.
REGARDING OCS:
> I love them, but as stated before, I am selective with them. Generally speaking, you must have an about page that gives me an idea of who they are as a person and how they could fit into Hamuko’s canon, especially if they’re a Persona OC or an OC with a Persona verse.
> If you’re an OC, you’ll know if I’m okay with interacting with you based on whether or not I follow you. It really is that simple.
A Note on PASSWORDS / rule following :
I don’t send passwords. Ever. Quite frankly they make me anxious – likewise, this blog will never have a password on it, and I’m pretty open about letting people know if a rule is broken, but repeat offenders will be unfollowed. I have this page for a reason, after all!
me: makes a super happy energetic post abt finally coming back to my blog after a mind-clearing vacation!!!! really ready to be back and get to writing!!!!! me: goes to tag it with the usual!! tumbles: lmao hey okay but also consider, what if i forgot all your tags me: guess i’ll die . png ?
